Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent-state. perused the record. 5. Aperusal of the material available on record goes to showthat, a" the a`llegations are attributed agaI'nSt A1. The only allegatl'on that has been made against the petjtI-Oners herein is that they threatened Al that they would commit sujcjde if Al marries the defacto comp]ainant. Except that, there is nothing incrimI'nating against the petitioners.
