The present writ petition relates thereto. 2. Learned Special Government Pleader, who appears for all the respondents, submits that the total extent in Survey No.255/1 is 35 ares and that the extent in subdivided 255/1B2 is 20 ares. As against this, he submits that the extents claimed by the petitioner are small extents of 687.5 square feet and 852.5 square feet, respectively. Therefore, he submits that the other pattadhars would be put on notice before a decision is taken. 3.
