This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Medical Examination Report dated 15.07.2023 by which the petitioner has been declared ‘unfit’ for appointment to the post of Sepoy (Pharma) in the Army Medical Corps on the ground of him being found to be suffering from ‘hyperhidrosis’. 2. This Court, by its Order dated 10.11.2023, had directed the petitioner to be re-examined at the R&R Hospital or the Base Hospital of the Army. 3. We have now been given a report dated 16.01.2024 of the Base Hospital, Delhi of the Army, which has again found the petitioner unfit for appointment on the ground of ‘hyperhidrosis’.
