Case No. 63 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 308(5), 351(3) & 352 of B.N.S. and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Lohardaga. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 10947 of 2024 by order dated 06.01.2025. 4. It has been alleged that Rs. 1,50,000/- and a mobile phone were demanded as rangdari by one Firoz from the informant. It appears that one mobile phone and Rs. 50,000/- were handed over to the petitioner by the informant. 5. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2024. It was further submitted that the Informant has been examined during the trial and he has not supported the prosecution case. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Lohardaga in connection with Senha P.S.
