Hon'ble Nalin Kumar Srivastava,J. 1. This application under Section 529 of B.N.N.S., 2023 has been filed with a prayer to direct the learned court below to decide the Case No. 2047 of 2009 State Vs. Naim and Others in Case Crime No. 643 of 2009, under Sections 379, 411 IPC, Police Station Hapur Nagar, District Hapur expeditiously as possible as within short stipulated period which is pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hapur. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is one of the accused in the said case, he has appeared before the court and has been granted bail, but the matter is still pending since 2009. absconding on the part of the accused applicant 4. It appears from perusal of record that the accused-applicant before this Court was absconded offender and after his abscondence for so many years ultimately on 08.01.2025 he appeared before the Court and was granted bail. Since the matter has been delayed due to the conduct of present accused-applicant himself there is no justification to grant any relief to the applicant by this Court as prayed in the present application. 5.
