1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities for necessary correction in the gradation list of Class-IV employees of Government Medical College, Kanker.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the persons junior to the petitioner have been placed above the petitioner and for which the petitioner has submitted a representation (Annexure P/4) before the Dean of the said College and Joint Director/ Respondent No.3 however, the same is still pending before the respondent and not being decided till date.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that if the representation of the petitioner is still pending before the respondent No.3, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and necessary decision will be taken within the stipulated time.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents.
5. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the State, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Dean of the said College and Joint Director/ Respondent No.3 to decide the pending
3 / 3 representation dated 05/07/2023 submitted by the petitioner and pass a detailed order in accordance with law, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The petitioner is at liberty to apprise the respondent authority/ respondent No.3 with regard to the order passed by this Court.
