Case No.100 of 2023. The daughter of the informant had died at her matrimonial house in unnatural circumstances. The petitioner appears to be the mother-in-law of the deceased. The cause of death as per the post-mortem report has been opined to be throttling and asphyxia. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations against the petitioner are general and omnibus in nature. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2025. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, she is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-III, Jamtara in connection with Narayanpur P.S.
