SUTHAR Date : 02/07/2025 ORAL ORDER By way of present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 528 of the BNSS, the petitioner has prayed for the appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent authorities to expedite the procedure carrying out signature verification test sent by the concerned police officer via RPAD as well as e-mail bearing Javak No.2838/2024 dated 25.09.2024 and direct the concerned officer / respondent authority to forward the same to the concerned Police Inspector within a period of four weeks from the date of order. Perusing the report dated 29.04.2025 of Mr. B.B. Vaghela, Police Sub Inspector, Kadodara GIDC Police Station, Surat Rural, which is taken on record, it appears that the report of handwriting expert which was sent to FSL in the month of February, 2024 is awaited. In view of above report, no case is made out to pass any direction in exercise of power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and present petition is disposed of.
