The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Godda (Muffasil) (Motiya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 336/2022, registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 332, 333, 337, 338, 307, 353, 504 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Godda. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to earlier order of the Co-ordinate Bench injury report has been received and in view of injury report the injury is simple in nature. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegations of assault against the petitioners and at the place of occurrence 200 people were assembled. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation of assault is there. 5. Considering that injury is simple in nature and 200 people were assembled at the place of occurrence and there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners above named, is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount ( 2025:JHHC:22129 ) each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Godda, in connection with Godda (Muffasil) (Motiya O.P.)
