The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kuchai (Dalbhanga O.P.) P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024, S.T. Case No.39 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1- B)(a)/27 of the Arms Act and subsequently, charge has been framed under Sections 103(1)/3(5)/238/3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I at Seraikella. On 13.09.2024 at about 8:30 p.m., the father and mother of the informant namely Soma Singh Munda and Sejari Devi were murdered by unknown persons in their house. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T. I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on the pointing out of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by the different Coordinate Benches of this Court. Mrs. Bandana Sinha, learned A.P. P. on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I at Seraikella, in connection with Kuchai (Dalbhanga O.P.)
