The instant misc. petition has been preferred for quashing of FIR No.316/2021 registered at Police Station Chirawa, District Jhunjhunu for the offences under Sections 332, 353 & 504 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after investigation charge-sheet has already been submitted against the accused-petitioner before the Judicial Magistrate, Chirawa on 17.02.2022. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a liberty be granted to the petitioner to take all available arguments before the trial court at appropriate stage which have been taken in this petition.
