The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Godda (Town) P.S. Case No. 85 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 611 of 2025, registered under sections 96 read with section 3 (5) of the BNS, 2023 and cognizance has been taken under section 96 of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2025. He submits that there is relationship between the petitioner and victim and she has left her father’s house with her own will and thereafter she came to the house of the petitioner and now the petitioner and victim girl have solemnized marriage. 4. Learned counsels for the State and informant oppose the prayer and submit and denied the marriage between the victim and the petitioner. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2025, in statement under section 164 Cr.P.C the victim has stated that she has left her father’s house with her own will, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda, in connection with Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda.
