The A P Board of Intermediate Examination, Rep. by its Chief Executive Officer, Office at R.No. 114/C3, 2rd, 3rd and 4th floors, Eswar Elite, Beside Sonovision, Tadepalli, Guntur District - 522 501. ...Respondents SRK, J W.P.No.14839 of 2025 2 Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondent Authorities, especially 3rd Respondent Authority’s verifying officer, in mechanically rejecting the Class XII Marks Memo with four subject marks uploaded by the petitioner who is a Person with Disabilities, thereby giving an online Admit Remark “to upload the Class XII Marks memo equivalent to five subject marks” thereby seeking to provide the marks of the exempted subject by wrongly assessing/interpreting the concessions and exemptions granted to the petitioner by the Respondent Authorities and without having any regards to the merit of the petitioner, by depriving the petitioner from getting admission seat in Computer Science and Engineering 4 years Bachelor of Technology Course at the Indian Institute of Technology, Tadepalligudem, allotted vide Initial Seat Allotment Intimation Slip dated 14.06.2025, as being illegal, irrational, arbitrary, discriminatory, violative of Section 17(i) and Section 39 of The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, violative of proceedings vide Rc.No.601/C26- 1/March/2024 dated 28.10.2023 issued by the 6th Respondent and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of principles of natural justice and to consequently declare that the petitioner made proper compliance with regard to Class XII eligibility by directing Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to confirm the admission of the petitioner in Computer Science and Engineering 4 years Bachelor of Technology Course at the Indian Institute of Technology, Tadepalligudem vide Initial Seat Allotment Intimation Slip dated 14.06.2025. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
