The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Meharma P.S. Case No. 48/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 69, 351(2), 351(3) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 subsequently cognizance has been taken under Sections 69, 351(2), 351(3) r/w 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Mukesh Bhagat, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda. 3. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is aged about 21 years. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
