On being put to notice, respondents have placed on record office letter dated 08.09.2025 withdrawing the office letter dated 17.07.2025. 2. In view of office letter dated 08.09.2025, the office letter dated 17.07.2025 ceased to be in existence. The grievance of the petitioner has now been met with, hence the -2 2025:HHC:31781 contempt proceedings are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged.
