Mr. Mehrotra, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/Corporation submits that earlier a writ petition bearing Writ-C No.7880 of 2023 [(Sher Singh vs. Chief Regional Manager and others), Neutral Citation No.-2023:AHC:240564-DB] was filed by a third person wherein an order has been passed quashing the order dated January 25, 2023 impugned in that writ petition. Mr. Mehrotra further submits that the present writ petition is with regard to the same advertisement as the one in Writ-C No.7880 of 2023. He also submits that no decision has been taken by the respondent authorities with regard to grant of retail petrol pump dealership to Sher Singh, the petitioner in earlier writ petition. 3. Mr. Mehrotra submits that the respondent authorities shall be deciding the status of Sher Singh, the petitioner in earlier writ petition, within a period of six weeks from date. 4. Accordingly, the respondent authorities are directed to decide the status of Sher Singh, the petitioner in earlier writ petition, within a period of six weeks from date. The respondent authorities are also directed to decide the representation of the petitioner herein within a period of three weeks from the date of taking decision with regard to Sher Singh. An opportunity of hearing should be granted to the petitioner when his matter is being considered by the respondent authorities. 4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
