Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He points out that there are joint pattadars under patta No. 4202 and that notice would be issued to them before a decision is taken. 3. The petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue records relating to the relevant property. Therefore, a case is made out to consider the petitioner's request. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for a survey after issuing notice to the joint pattadars in patta No.4202 and to owners of relevant adjacent lands. Objections, if any, from the said persons shall be considered before a decision is taken.
