The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sonpur (Harihar Nath O.P.) P.S. Case No. 746/2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of I.P.C. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87512 of 2025(4) dt.24-03-2026 2/2 3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals committed loot of gold ornaments and cash. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that the name of the petitioners has come in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused namely Chotelal Paswan. Petitioner namely, Sunny Rai is accused in six more cases including a case under Section 302 I.P.C and petitioner namely, Nishchay Kumar has four criminal antecedents. The petitioners undertake to co-operate in the case/ trial. 5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners. 6.
