The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following reliefs: “I. Certiorari for quashing the Public Notice bearing reference No. RTOJl2025l1157-58 dated 03.01.2025, issued by Respondent No. 2 for finalization/notifying fresh Gole-Chart on bas is of route chart proposed by individual group Respondent No. 4. as the same is without any grounds and an unwarranted interference into the exclusive domain of the Petitioner's registered entity. II. Certiorari for quashing the Meeting Notice issued by Respondent No. 2 bearing reference No. MVD/RTOJ|2024||228 dated 07.02.2025 for finalization of Gole Chart. III Mandamus; directing the Respondents to not interfere into the smooth functioning of Petitioners society except in accordance with law and when the situation warrants. IV. With such other additional or alternative relief as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. In paragraph No. 11 of the writ petition, it is stated that the meeting proposed to be held on 07.02.2025 has been postponed and is likely to be convened again within few days. 3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to submit detailed representation to respondent No. 2 and 103 2 WP(C) No. 345/2025 in the event any such representation is filed, the respondent No. 2 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, if not already passed. 4.
