The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to marry the victim girl. 3. Earlier, this Court had referred the matter to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court. Further, the Mediation report stated that the issue has not been settled. 4. Considering the nature of the offence and the petitioner has involvement in a serious offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5. Interim bail already granted by this Court, dated 04.03.2025, is cancelled.
