10.12.2025.

The Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, by order dated 21.08.2025, directed the Tahsildar, Thiruvonam Taluk, Thanjavur District, to remove the encroachments in the water body by following due process of law. 3. Therefore, this Court, at this stage, impleads the Tahsildar, Thiruvonam Taluk, Thanjavur District, as the third respondent and directs him to issue notice to the encroachers and thereafter, remove the encroachments strictly in accordance with due process of law.
