Heard Mr. Aman Tamrakar, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Malay Jain, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for respondents No. 1 & 2/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this CRMP and kindly modify the order dated 08.04.2025 in CRMP No. 1245 of 2025 and further extend the time to deposit the cost of rupees 2,000/- in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier petitioners have filed the CRMP No. 1245 of 2025, which is came up on hearing on 08.04.2025 and after hearing this Court dismissed the said petition as dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file petition afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings, subject to depositing a sum of Rs. 2,000/- as cost by the petitioners in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today. 3 4. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the order dated 08.04.2025 could not be communicated to the petitioners due to continues holiday since 11.04.2025 to 14.04.2025 within stipulated period of time, therefore, due to inadvertently the cost has not been paid within the time period mentioned in the order dated 08.04.2025. He also submits that the non-payment of cost is bonafide, and therefore, the petitioners are praying for modification of order dated 08.04.2025 and seeking extension of time to deposit the cost of Rs. 2,000/-. He would submit that the petitioners are ready to deposit the cost as per order passed by this Court while extending the time. 5. Learned State counsel has no objection. 6. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the prayers and pleadings made in the petition. 7. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the request appears to be reasonable. The learned counsel for the petitioners is granted further one week’s time from today to deposit the said amount. 8. Accordingly, the present CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
