Having perused aforesaid communication as well as copy of order dated 28.07.2025, passed in purported compliance of judgment, sought to be executed, which are taken on record, this Court finds merit in the aforesaid submission of learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. Careful perusal of order dated 28.07.2025 clearly reveals that case of the petitioner fulfills all requisite criteria for grant of 2 pensionary and other retiral benefits and as such, Finance and Pension Branch of the Corporation has already directed Regional Manager, HRTC, Dharamshala, to release the pensionary benefits. Learned counsel representing the respondent-Corporation states that amount, if any, remaining to be paid, shall be paid expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two weeks. 4. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the present petition is disposed of, with the direction to respondents to ensure that entire consequential benefits, if not already released, are released expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two weeks, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards the implementation of the judgment, sought to be executed.
