The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 72 of 2025 arising out of Jariagarh P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 308, 111, 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. and under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(6), 26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khunti. 3. On 02.01.2025, Jariagarh Police apprehended the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons from Railway Bridge near Bakaspur Forest and seized a loaded country-made pistol and one live cartridge. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about eight months. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khunti in connection with S.T.
