1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, submits that there lies a remedy to approach the concerned District Judge for compliance of the arbitral award. However, the concerned District Judge may be directed to decide the same within a stipulated time period.
2. Looking to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, if the petitioner approaches the concerned District judge and files proceeding under Section 36 of the Arbitration Act, the concerned District Judge is directed to decide the said grievance of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
