Kalita, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 1. This interlocutory application, is preferred by the applicants for releasing 20% of the awarded amount deposited in the registry of this court in favour of the applicants. Ms. Chutia, learned counsel for the applicants submits that pursuant to order of this court, dated 31.05.2024, passed in I.A.(Civil) No. 1590/2024, the opposite party No. 1 has deposited a sum of Rs. 8,11,516/-, being the 20% of the awarded amount before the registry of this court and the said amount may be released in favour of the applicants. Mr. Kalita, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 1 submits that he has no objection in the event of releasing the aforesaid amount on furnishing a bond by the applicant. Taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, it Page No.# 3/3 is provided that the registry shall release the deposited amount, i.e. 8,11,516/- in favour of the applicants, on their executing a bond of equal amount.
