Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bandgaon P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 80 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2), 317(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act and charge has been framed for the offences under Sections 303(2), 317(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26(1), 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17(1), 17(2) of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chakradharpur. 3. On 06.02.2025 at about 7.30 am, Bandgaon Police apprehended this petitioner and co-accused near Merom Gutu Village. On search, one stolen motorcycle, one country-made pistol, two live cartridge, one mobile and some receipts were recovered. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent and as many as three cases were pending against him. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
