The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the minor son of the petitioner, namely Master XXX, aged about two years. 2. By an order dated 16th September, 2025, this Court handed over the custody of the minor son to the petitioner, who is the biological mother of the child. The parties were also referred to mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 23.09.2025. However, mediation did not succeed.
