The petitioner had earlier been aggrieved by the construction put up by one Esakkimuthu at Survey No.2580/4, at Perungudi Village, Part-I, Kavalkinaru Panchayat, Panagudi Sub Registration and Tirunelveli District and had filed a writ petition in WP(MD)No.15376 of 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.31384 of 2025 2021, seeking a Mandamus, directing the official respondents to demolish the unapproved construction. That Writ Petition came to be disposed on 18.03.2024, directing the authorities to consider her representation and pass appropriate orders on merits.
