The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the brother-in-law of the informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has submitted that the petitioners were absconding for a long time. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.
