Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioners, who has approached this Court with a prayer for Anticipatory bail. On 16.12.2024, this Court had called for the Case Diary, fixing today for consideration. Ms. Begum, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam has however submitted that as per instructions received, the Final Report has been submitted being FR No. 01/2025 dated 08.01.2025. Though there is no further instruction on the aspect of acceptance on the said Report by the learned Court, this Court is of the opinion that there is no requirement or scope for consideration of the present petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
