Heard the parties.
Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.553/2025, by order dated 11.04.2025, with the liberty to renew his prayer for bail after three months.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024, S.T. Case No.40 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 304B/314/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamtara.
The petitioner is alleged to have poisoned the deceased to death.
It was submitted that no witness has been examined after 11.04.2025.
Considering the fact that the trial is still lingering, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamtara, in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024, S.T. Case No.40 of 2024.
