The earlier order provided default clause that in case such application is not filed, the appeal stands dismissed against the 1st respondent as abated. Hence, appeal against the 1st respondent stands dismissed as abated. 3. The 2nd respondent remained ex parte before the competent authority. 4. In view of the same, appeal against both the respondents stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
