Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kamalpur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. On 09.062025 at about 9.20 p.m., petitioner is alleged to have given Chopper blow on the neck of the son of the Informant, due to which, he sustained injury. 4. It was submitted that nature of the injury has been kept reserved. It was further submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. 5. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that prior to this case, Informant has instituted another case against the petitioner alleging that he has poisoned his cattle. 6. At this stage, Mr. Jitendra Nath Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been granted bail in that case. 7. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Kamalpur P.S.
