Sharma, Additional Advocate General. ____________________________________________________ Sushil Kukreja, Judge (Oral) The present contempt petition has been filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the judgment dated 22.07.2025, passed by the learned Writ Court in CWP No.7024 of 2023. 2. In the compliance affidavit filed by the respondents, it has been stated that the respondents have complied with judgment dated 22.07.2025 in its true letter and spirit and there is no willful, deliberate or intentional disobedience on their part. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have also gone through the record carefully. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 5. Perusal of the record reveals that the judgment under reference has been complied with by the respondents. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is dismissed accordingly. Notice discharged. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that while regularizing the services of the petitioners, only notional benefits have been granted.
