The petitioners are the Chairmen Page No.# 3/3 and Members of the Managing Committee Pratibha Collegiate Vidhyaniketan and they have submitted two representations before the Assistant District Commissioner, Education, Karimganj on 15.05.2024 and on 27.09.2024. Considering the pending representations, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Assistant District Commissioner to consider and dispose of the representation in accordance with law. Since the Assistant District Commissioner, Education, Karimganj is not a party respondent, the petitioner shall furnish a copy of the writ petition along with a certified copy of the order to Assistant District Commissioner, Education, Karimganj for doing the needful.
