Case No. 13 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238, 324(4) & 324(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Sri Satish Kumar Munda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda. 3. On 11.01.2025, brother of the informant namely Ranjit Kumar Pandit went missing. On 12.01.2025, his motorcycle was found abandoned between Kechua Chowk and Sidhu Kanhu Chowk. Subsequently, his dead body was recovered. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor anything was recovered on his pointing out. It was finally submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that co-accused Md. Iftekhar has been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Rajneesh Vardhan, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Satish Kumar Munda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda in connection with Mahagama P.S.
