Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3. Even prior to that, he had come on emergency leave in the month of November, 2024 for 3 days. In this background, we are not inclined to entertain the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition. 4.
