The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 203 of 2025 arising out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 575 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 108 of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Palamau. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Durga Devi who committed suicide in her matrimonial home by hanging herself. 4. It was submitted that the deceased often used to go to her parental house and the petitioner used to oppose it and subjected her to torture, due to which, the deceased has committed suicide. 5. Mr. Shiv Shankar Kumar, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Palamau in connection with S.T.
