The only point that has been agitated by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the revision petition is aged about 65 years and priority has to be given. A report has been called from the trial court to ascertain the pendency of the cases that are pending before the trial court. A report has been forwarded from the trial court to the Additional Register vide D.No.166/2025 dated 09.12.2025, where a year wise breakup has been given and 569 cases are pending before the concerned Court as on date. 3.
