These anticipatory bail applications under Section 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, have been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest for offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. 3. There is an allegation that the informant was induced by Arjun Kumar to deposit in a scheme. It is apparent from the impugned order and other documents, that the amount was given to Arjun Kumar, by the informant. The only allegation against the petitioners is that, the petitioners were also working with them and involved in the occurrence. 4. Now during course of the argument, all the parties submits that they have resolved their dispute. A petition to that effect has already been filed. 5. Considering the fact that the entire allegation of deposition of the money is against Arjun Kumar Sahu, and the parties have compromised. These Anticipatory Bail Application stands allowed. The petitioners, above named, are directed to surrender before the learned court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on the event of their surrender or arrest, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ranchi, in connection with Jagarnathpur (Pundag) P.S. Case No.20 of 2024, subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioners and other should be a 2025:JHHC:11509 3 resident of State of Jharkhand, having sufficient landed property in his name or in the name of his ancestors in which he is having share and to that effect, he has to file an affidavit before the Trial Court indicating his share in the property.
