CMP No. 20207 of 2025 In terms of order dated 26.8.2025, the calculations have been made by the Registry and it has been found that the appellant/appellant United India Insurance Company Ltd. is entitled for refund a sum of Rs. 6,35,930/- with proportionate interest till the date of release of the amount. The calculation made by the Registry is not disputed by either side. Accordingly, the application is allowed. A sum of Rs. 6,35,930/- along with proportionate interest accrued thereon till date is ordered to be released in favour of applicant/appellant United India Insurance Co. Ltd, by remitting the same to its account, as detailed in the prayer clause of the application at page-99 of the paper book, after due verification. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 18272 of 2025 By way of this application, applicant/ respondent No.1 Meena Devi has prayed for release of the award amount lying to her share. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/ appellant has no objection for granting the prayer of the applicant, as the judgment passed by this Court on 11.7.2025 in FAO No. 99 of 2017 has attained finality. As per report of the Registry a sum of Rs. 6,14,109/- is lying in deposit in the share of the applicant/respondent. Since there is no opposition to the prayer made in the application, the application is allowed. The sum lying in the share of applicant/ respondent No.1 Meena Devi is ordered to be released along with proportionate interest accrued thereon, as detailed in para-7 of the application, after due verification.
