Case No. 49 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 310(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Ms. Sushila Hansda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. On 08.03.2025, at about 01:30 a.m., dacoity was committed in the Grocery shop and the house of the informant. It is alleged that unknown dacoits took away Rs. 8 lakh/-, jewelries and other valuable articles from there. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that though a motorcycle and Rs.12,600/- are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, but the same belongs to the petitioner. 5. Mrs. Amrita Kumari, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is an accused in two other cases. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Sushila Hansda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Jamua P.S.
