Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 26.09.2024 passed by the respondent No.2. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent No.2 to provide allotment of Fair Price Shop license to the petitioner of the Village Sher Nagar Naraini, Block Kotwali, Tehsil Nagina, District Bijnor." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to file an appeal within 30 days from today.
