Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He points out that the Revenue Divisional Officer has called upon the Tahsildar to provide a report in relation to the petitioner's representation. He submits that a speaking order would be issued by the second respondent within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. From the affidavit in support of this Writ Petition, it appears that the patta was issued in the name of one Muthunaickar.
