In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to quash the impugned FIR at this stage. The first respondent shall file the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report as and when it is filed. 4. With the above direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
