Bora, learned counsel for the respondent/contemnor has on instruction submitted that the claim made by the petitioner for release of the contractual dues receivable by him, on examination having been admitted, the name of the petitioner was incorporated in the list, so published in pursuance to the decision of this Court in the case of Tamsher Ali & Ors. Vs. The State of Assam & Ors. reported in 2008 (4) GLT 1. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner would be released his admitted dues on his turn. 3. On consideration of the said submissions made by Ms. R.B. Bora, this Court is of the considered view that the directions passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 1283/2022 vide order dated 25.02.2022, stands substantially complied with. There being no willful and deliberate violation of the directions passed by this Court, the present contempt petition need not to be considered any further. Accordingly, the same stands closed. 4. The copy of the communication dated 10.04.2025 furnished by Ms. R.B. Bora, learned counsel for the respondent/contemnor, is kept on record and marked as ‘X’. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
