Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kadma P.S. Case No. 185 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 112 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. On 05.11.2024 at about 5.00 pm, Kadma Police apprehended co-accused Akash Kumhar @ Akash Kumbhar at river side of Shashtri Nagar, Kadma. On search, two live cartridges were recovered from him. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of apprehended co-accused Akash Kumhar @ Akash Kumbhar. It was further submitted that the said co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 2752 of 2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in connection with Kadma P.S.
