The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is a registered owner of scrap dealership and in his absence stolen articles were delivered into his premises and about that he does not have any knowledge. 4. I have considered the submissions at the bar with circumspection. I have also scrutinized the Case Diary. It appears that the petitioner has appeared before the I.O. and has co-operated with the investigation. His statement has been recorded and he has not violated the bail condition. 5. Considering all the aspects, the interim bail granted to the petitioners on 27.01.2025 is hereby made absolute. 6. Send back the Case Diary. 7. The Anticipatory Bail application stands disposed of.
