CMP(M) No. 1387 of 2025 This application has been filed for condoning the delay of 112 days in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 11.12.2024, passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 73 of 2019, Amar Singh Vs. State of H.P. & others. Keeping in view the averments made in the application duly supported by an affidavit, we are of the opinion that sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay. Therefore, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The application stands disposed of. LPA No. of 2025 It is contended that it was the case of the writ petitioner that the road for Nankhari-Delat was constructed in the year 1988 and the writ petition had been filed after 34 years, which fact has not been appreciated by the learned Single Judge. Appeal be registered. Notice be issued to the respondent returnable within four weeks, on taking steps within one week. Reference has been made to the pendency of similar matter being LPA No. 337 of 2025, State of H.P. & others versus Punit Bashtu. List this matter alongwith LPA No. 337 of 2025 on 14.10.2025. CMPST No. 37439 of 2025 Notice in the aforesaid terms. Operation of the impugned judgment dated 11.12.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 73 of 2019, Amar Singh Vs.
